Because I have about 10 projects started, Merrill won't let me start another one until I finish the ones I have already started...RUDE! I guess it's a good way to make me finish. Things in our office downstairs were starting to get a little cramped so I decided to move my beading desk upstairs in the empty room across the hall from our room. I have to say I love it! I love how close it is, I love the color I painted it (thanks Brooke!), I love the extra closet, and I'll love it when I'm finally all the way in and organized. The long desk under the window is actually a vanity and I'm going to use it to do my hair and make-up. It's very handy...with plugs built right in. Pottery Barn thinks of everything. I have ordered a black dresser to put in there and this fall when I'm at the ABC Kids Expo I'm going to find myself a big comfy chair and a half to put in there! I can't wait.

I looks so great. You are an awesome painter, I'll have to say. And yes the color looks great. I love it with black furniture. I want a "ME" room too please.
